The Rasgonlab microinjection and genetics suite recently became operational. We have a large space suitable for working with Drosophila, mosquitoes and Xenopus. Equipment includes a Sutter P-2000 quartz needle puller, Eppendorf FemtoJet microinjector with InjectMan micromanipulator and Olympus SZX16 stereomicroscope with MECAN fluorescent LED system, all on a vibration-dampening air table.
